The famous single smoke stack that dots Lansing's northside is home to the area's largest urban redevelopment. This converted wheel manufacturing company houses a police precinct, offices and lofts.
Once home to the JI Case Threshing Machine Co., known for large tractors and farming equipment, has housed the famous Blue Coyote, loft living spaces and office space.
The original Race site for Lansing in 1848 provides one of the best views of the city and now touts a prestigious law firm as a tenant.
